The Farmhouse at MCMF

Relaxation and fun are always abundant at The Farmhouse. This 2 bedroom/2 bath is tucked away in the forest, and only 20 minutes to downtown Hot Springs and Hot Springs Village. Step out into nature on the front farm porch, one of our private hiking trails, or with your own campfire. Have some fun indoors with the premier sounds system. 9 minutes to Hot Springs Off Road Park, we offer large rig and trailer parking! Pets are welcome for an additional fee, but need to be leashed outdoors.

~ WHAT GUESTS LOVE ~

We want you to be able to relax on your vacation, so we've furnished this home with everything you might need during your stay! The surrounding woods, creeks, and ponds allow you to have a little piece of the forest all to yourself. Explore nature around the property then end your day unwinding next to a camp fire. Complimentary items can be found throughout the house, with essentials stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms (see below for more details). Spend time together enjoying your favorite album on the premium Klipsch sound system, one of the many DVD's, or board games in the entertainment room.

~ COFFEE CORNER ~

What better way to enjoy the porches and with a fresh cup of coffee! Inside the house you’ll find an entire coffee corner dedicated to your favorite hot beverages. ~ KITCHEN~ A full set of pots and pans, as well as glass cookware and a waffle maker are provided. You'll find complimentary coffee, creamer, condiments, and a full spice cabinet for cooking meals. This is a full kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher.

~ DINING ~

The dining table seats up to 6. All dishware can be found in the kitchen.

~ ENTERTAINMENT ROOM ~

The entertainment room has a 65 inch HD TV with premium sound system. There is a DVD player and plenty of DVD's.

~ BATHROOMS ~

There are 2 full bathrooms on the ground floor of the house. One has a tub/shower combination. Towels, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner/body wash are provided.

~ BEDROOMS ~

The bedroom on the ground floor has direct access to one bathroom and sleeps 2 on a queen size bed. The upstairs loft sleeps 3 on one full bed and one twin. All linens are provided.

~ OUTDOOR SPACES ~

A house in the woods is not complete without a fire pit! Roast hot dogs and marshmallows for a memorable night under the stars. Ask us about our Weenies & S’mores package in advance and have it waiting for you at check in! Feel free to wander the shared areas on property, which include creeks, hiking trails, and a fishing pond. ~ PARKING ~ There is a large parking are at the house that fits 4-5 vehicles. If you need additional parking, or parking for a longer rig, we have other space available on property. Please make sure to include this ask in your rental inquiry.

~ OTHER AMENITIES ~

The laundry room has a full washer and dryer with complimentary detergents. The house has central AC and heat. We are pet friendly. This house does not have a fenced area, all dogs need to be on leashes while outside and waste needs to be picked up.

Other Details to Note This is a rural property surrounded by dense forest. As such the house is equipped a cell signal booster to give guests the best service possible for our area. We cannot control the weather (unfortunately), and as such there is always a possibility of connectivity interruptions for both cell and wifi.
